Intro to Flow Yoga

Intro to FlowThis yoga class is suitable for raw beginners. The beginner with some exercise experience and an open mind will find our Intro to Flow class an excellent segue into CFY’s vinyasa flow classes. Bring a friend and experience how the teacher breaks down elements of a vinyasa flow class so you can easily digest the transitions, breath work, postures, supports and variations.

 


Level 1 Flow

Level 2 FlowLevel 1 yoga classes are suitable for beginners, or those looking to refine their practice are taught at slower pace while focusing on basic postures and linking them together. This class will provide you the mechanics to help you build healthy poses.  This class is tailored for students who are looking for a more fundamental slower paced practice.  Modifications will be offered to each student while focusing on alignment and attention to breath.

 


All Levels Flow

Level 1 FlowThis all-levels class is appropriate for those newer to yoga and challenging for more experienced students, as well. Bring your mind and body into balance with a guided vinyasa flow, during which we’ll practice alignment, breathing, and mindfulness as well as stretching. Practice at your own level — everyone is welcome!

 


 

Level 1-2 Flow Yoga

Level 1-2 FlowLevel 1-2 yoga classes will build on postures refined in Level 1, and are further emphasized and presented in a more challenging way with more variations so that you build poise and confidence on your mat. You will deepen your practice with this comprehensive class as you explore on your mat. Some yoga experience required. Currently, our most challenging class.

 


 

Restorative Yoga

Level 2 FlowRestorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.

 


 

Yin Yoga

icon5Yin yoga is a quiet practice suitable for students of all levels of experience. Practitioners are offered an opportunity to surrender, slow down and come back to balance. Many of the poses are seated, supine or prone and are held with muscles relaxed for several minutes.
