Class Descriptions
Flow Level 1
Level 1 yoga classes are suitable for beginners, or those looking to refine their practice. They are taught at a slower pace while focusing on basic postures and linking them together. This class will provide you the mechanics to help you build healthy poses and is tailored for students who are looking for a more fundamental slower paced practice. Modifications will be offered to each student while focusing on alignment and attention to the breath. Expect to build strength, stamina, flexibility & balance. Heated 82-84F.
Flow All Levels
This all-levels class is appropriate for those newer to yoga and challenging for more experienced or advanced students, as well. Bring your mind and body into balance with a guided vinyasa flow, during which we’ll practice alignment, breathing, and mindfulness while deepening your practice. Practice at your own level — everyone is welcome! Expect to build strength, stamina, flexibility & balance. Heated 84-86F.
Power Flow
All levels class. A powerful, energetic flow practice. Students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. This strong and healthy class is a revitalizing form of a physical asana practice. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, stamina and mindfulness. It’s the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Heated 84-86F.
Beats Flow
All levels class. A powerful, energetic flow practice with fun music designed to uplift and invigorate you, support your poses and generate energy. Students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. This strong and healthy class is a revitalizing form of physical asana practice with fun music! It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness! Heated 84-86F.
Core Flow
All levels class. A core-focused flow, working every muscle in your core (yes, including your back!) It’s not about getting a six-pack – a strong core can give you a more dynamic and safer yoga practice! Heated 84-86F.
Slow Flow
This all levels class has the feel of a typical vinyasa class, but at a slower place. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully and powerfully, and breathing deeply. Heated 82-84F.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a form of yoga for all levels that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a quiet practice suitable for students of all levels of experience. Practitioners are offered an opportunity to surrender, slow down and come back to balance. Many of the poses are seated, supine or prone and are held with muscles relaxed for several minutes.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is suitable for all levels of yoga and all stages of pregnancy. This class helps ease the discomforts of pregnancy and prepares the mind and body for labor and delivery. Classes are slower-paced and include strengthening and stretching poses as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Participants will feel empowered and peaceful in a safe and supportive environment.
TRX® Suspension® Training
Limited to 10 students, the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight, to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. TRX® Suspension® Training is perfect for all fitness levels and goals, building strength, flexibility, core stability, cardio and metabolic conditioning, all in one fast, efficient, non-stop work-out. Our TRX classes will tone and stretch every muscle in your body, and are the perfect cross-training compliment to a yoga practice.
Flow + TRX
Limited to 10 students, Our TRX® Suspension Trainer™ class combined with an All Levels Flow Class. It is perfect for all fitness levels and goals, building strength, flexibility, core stability, cardio and metabolic conditioning. Our TRX classes will tone and stretch every muscle in your body.
