PRENATAL YOGA: Wednesdays at 11:00am & Saturdays at 12:00pm

A 60 minute class for moms to be. This class will teach strength and flexibility while developing breathing and concentration skills that are useful during pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood are facilitated by a balance of strength and surrender on every level, and this yoga practice will allow you to discover that balance within yourself. In addition, this is a wonderful time to connect with your growing child and other mothers to be!
You can drop-in to this class using any yoga class pass!
