“I’d considered yoga teacher training for some years, but hadn’t found my yoga home. I felt right at home from my first visit to Cary Flow Yoga. This style of yoga is challenging and fun. Regularly practicing at CFY helped me to achieve the growth and transformation I desired. Having found my yoga home, I knew I’d finally found the right place to pursue my teaching certification. The schedule worked well, allowing me to achieve my teaching certification while continuing my full-time career and taking care of my family. Colin is a wonderful instructor and mentor. He also brought in a variety of wonderful guest instructors for specific topics such as Ayurveda and yoga for pregnancy. This training gave me the confidence to share my delight in yoga with others. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the extended yoga family at Cary Flow Yoga.”
“After quitting my full time position in retail I decided to look for a YTT School in the area. I came across Cary Flow Yoga online, and e-mailed the owner. To my surprise he replied back within the hour. We talked and arranged to meet two days later to discuss the program. To my surprise again there was NO sales pitch or pressure just a genuine conversation as to what I was looking for in a program and studio. As the session had already begun Colin worked with me with make up classes, and set a convenient payment plan. This program challenged me on and off my mat in all aspects of yoga. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Now I’m one happy yogi!”
“Cary Flow Yoga’s teacher training program gave me the fundamental tools needed to teach a yoga class. The emphasis on form and cueing was exceptional. I highly recommend the program to any aspiring teachers.”
